But if the item is still covered by the Nice Hansa originalwarranty on new items, the full term of the original warranty will apply.Repairs will in no way affect the original warranty.Items having mechanical faults will be repaired at the Nice Hansa servicecentre. And every repair or service will only begin once a quote has beenissued to, and approved by, you the client.In the case of electronic repairs, an exchange with a service exchange itemswill usually apply. And these items will be charged at an exchange priceon return of the faulty or damaged unit provided that same is deemedto be in a repairable condition.Any item that cannot be repaired or is beyond economical repairwill be replaced with a new one.If a quotation is not accepted, then a nominal quotation fee will apply.Products that have been repaired will be excluded from any warranties if:1. And this documentationmust be presented as proof of ownership for collection of repaired items.Any item not collected within three (3) months can and may be sold to defraycosts or disposed of in any manner in which Nice Hansa may deem fit -including repaired items not collected, items where a quote has been issuedbut client approval has not been received and items whose repair quote hasbeen rejected.Let’s be clear; the warranty covers all defects in the motor but is notintended to cover normal wear and tear within each product’s declared lifeexpectancy. What does this mean?
