The investment inhardware and software industry as well as electronics industry are encouraged. Legalinfrastructure development to support <strong>ICT</strong> utilization will be actively pursued.”Goals1. The software industry to be worth 90 billion baht a year by <strong>2006</strong>, of which75% is the value of export.2. To have at least 60,000 qualified researchers and software developers, atleast 30% of whom are certified developers.3. To have the Software Industry Promotion Agency (SIPA) to provide a one-stopservice to drive investment in the software sector, starting in the year 2003.4.
