The investment inhardware and software industry as well as electronics industry are encouraged. Legalinfrastructure development to support ICT utilization will be actively pursued.”Goals1. The software industry to be worth 90 billion baht a year by 2006, of which75% is the value of export.2. To have at least 60,000 qualified researchers and software developers, atleast 30% of whom are certified developers.3. To have the Software Industry Promotion Agency (SIPA) to provide a one-stopservice to drive investment in the software sector, starting in the year 2003.4.
