Faceal 2C AGP 1Faceal 2C AGP 1Special wood, steel and all non-porous materialsProduct descriptionFACEAL 2C AGP 1 is a 2-pack anti-graffiti coating thatgive a durable protection for wood, steel, plastic and allnon-porous materials used in the building industry:timber, painted substrates…It can be used inside and outside, on new andrefurbished surfaces.Its anti-graffiti properties make it particularly suitable forvertical surfaces (facades, walls…).It can also be used on horizontal surfaces as apedestrian coating but the applicator must apply a testapplication to ensure FACEAL 2C AGP 1 is acceptable.The application of FACEAL 2C AGP 1 can slightlymodify the substrate colour. It is therefore necessary todo a test on a hidden or non-too visible part of thesubstrate before progressing.Chemical nature• Two components forming water-bornepolyurethane. Ensure all componentsare thoroughly dispersed.• Add the hardener to FACEAL 2C AGP 1 productbase. Mix carefully for 15 minutes using anelectrical mixer until a homogeneous mix isobtained.• The hardener quantity has been preciselyequated to the FACEAL 2C AGP 1 product base.The entire hardener must be mixed into theproduct base. It is important not to put moreproduct basis or hardener• The prepared mix can after be used for up to 8hours (when the air temperature is less than25°C).• Once the hardener has been added to the base,let it stand for half an hour and mix the productagain for 1 minute.• FACEAL 2C AGP 1 can be applied with a HVLPlow pressure or pneumatic spray. Brushapplication is also suitable.• The product must be applied onto a dry andclean substrate.• The conditions of substrate application andpreparation must satisfy DTU 59.1. Payparticular attention to surface preparation beforeapplication as this plays a fundamental role tothe final look and performance of the coating,especially the adhesion of FACEAL 2C AGP 1 tothe substrate.Storage• Keep in a cool, dry place. Shelf life- 12 monthsmaximum.• Keep away from extreme cold, do not store inconditions below 5°C.Recommandations• The use of protection is necessary when theproduct is spray applied.• Remove all atmospheric pollution-related dirtfrom all surfaces prior to application.• To obtain the best look and results, FACEAL2C AGP 1 should be shaken before use andmust only be used when the surfacetemperature is above 5°C.• Do not apply during rainy or very hot weather.• Do not dilute or mix with any other product.Health and safety• Respiratory Protection: Under normalconditions of use where adequate ventilation isavailable, no special respiratory protectionequipment is needed.• Hand Protection: Wear gloves.• Skin Protection: Protective clothing or skinprotection is required.• Eye Protection: Wear protective goggles.• If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting.
