Certain behaviors within these traits are assigned a score, from 0 to 3, based on how strongly theyreflect a trait. Review the behavior evaluation and, <strong>for</strong> each sub-test, enter the highest score <strong>for</strong> each trait. Do not add scores, use only the behavior which received the highest score.
