Most Talib's were normal Muslims who simply wantedIslamic Laws to be applied to the Muslim people of Afghanistan - they had fled to theirfamilies or to the mountainous areas. With the huge amount of air attacks and bombsflooding all over Afghanistan, the leadership of AQ and Taliban fled to the Hindu Kushmountainous areas which provided protection against bombs and air attacks.
