1.2 In the event that no amicablesettlement can be achieved, any suchdispute shall be settled by arbitration inaccordance with the Arbitration Act2005 or any statutory re-enactment enactment orre-certification thereof for the timebeing in force.1.3The arbitration shall be heard anddetermined by one (1) arbitratorappointed in accordance with the saidAct that the decision of such arbitratorshall be final and binding to the partieshereto.
1.3 The arbitration shall be decided inaccordance with the laws of Malaysiaand it will be held in Malaysia.
