Safety Shutoff Valves40Tobul Safety Shutoff Valves (TSV30/50) aredesigned to protect hydraulic systems from excesspressure; shut off hydraulic flow and isolateaccumulators from the hydraulic system; and bleedoff/discharge system pressure from accumulators andassociated equipment. The optional electrical solenoidcartridge valve allows for the automatic release/bleedoff of accumulator/system fluid pressure in the case ofan emergency shutdown or loss of electrical power. The Tobul TSV30/50 consists of a main ball valveshutoff in an all steel body; a manually operatedneedle-type pressure bleed cartridge valve; and anautomatic overpressure relief cartridge valve, withvarious models designed for use in 3000 PSI or 5000PSI systems. Additional porting is provided for adrain to reservoir/tank, and an optional sensor/gauge.With a straight-through, free flow manual ballvalve of 1 /2" to 2" diameter (SAE O-ring style), theTobul TSV has the capability to meet industries’diverse requirements for a durable, adaptable,cost-effective safety shutoff valve series for use withmany types of accumulators and hydraulic systems.Safety shutoff valve provides manual isolationof the accumulator from the hydraulic systemAll valves have a straight-through,unrestricted full-flow openingEach valve incorporates a safety lock-out featureto prevent unauthorized operation; this conformsto OSHA’s “Lock Out-Tag Out” programNon adjustable factory pre-set pressure relief valveprevents over pressurization of isolated accumulatorEasy one hand operationOptional Electric solenoid pressure relief valvecan be ordered normally open or normallyclosed to meet system requirementsMachined from high grade steelwith black oxide coatingIllustrations are representational and not necessarily indicative of how any particular model will be built.
