Enrollment Criteria<br />
The Start Right home visitation and community-based services program serves expectant parents after<br />
the 29 th week <strong>of</strong> pregnancy and at any time during pregnancy for subsequent births. A family may enroll<br />
in the program before the child turns 12 months and participate in the program up to the child’s 6 th<br />
birthday.<br />
