Enrollment Criteria
The new mother must be less than 29 weeks pregnant, be expecting her first child and meet the same
income eligibility criteria as WIC and Medicaid.

Enrollment Criteria
The Start Right home visitation and community-based services program serves expectant parents after
the 29 th week of pregnancy and at any time during pregnancy for subsequent births. A family may enroll
in the program before the child turns 12 months and participate in the program up to the child’s 6 th
birthday.
