Enrollment Criteria<br />

The new mother must be less than 29 weeks pregnant, be expecting her first child and meet the same<br />

income eligibility criteria as WIC and Medicaid.<br />

Enrollment Criteria<br />

The Start Right home visitation and community-based services program serves expectant parents after<br />

the 29 th week <strong>of</strong> pregnancy and at any time during pregnancy for subsequent births. A family may<br />

enroll in the program before the child turns 12 months and participate in the program up to the child’s<br />

6 th birthday.<br />
