Enrollment Criteria<br />

The free/voluntary Start Right home visitation and community-based services program serves expectant<br />

parents after the 29 th week <strong>of</strong> pregnancy for first child and at any time during pregnancy for subsequent<br />

births. A family may enroll in the program before the child turns 12 months and participate in the<br />

program up to the child’s 6 th birthday.<br />
