Melis studied on scholarship atthe Pennsylvania State University and received herBA International Politics.Pedro Noly Bernardo,Chief Financial OfficerNoly is responsible for financialaccounting and reporting andbook-keeping at TPF. He has35 years of experience in thefinance industry and was theFinancial Controller coveringseven countries in the Asia region for Citibank bothin the Philippines and the United States. Noly has anaccounting major from the University of Philippinesand an MBA from Asian Institute of Management.I. Cem Onur,Chief Technology OfficerCem is responsible for providingfor the long-term technologyneeds of the organization.He brings to TPF over a decadeof experience on technologybased businesses fromnetworking, software/technology development toinformation, marketing and graphical design.
