Nebuliser pump – Benefits are limited to 1 nebuliser pump permembership every 3 years. A doctor’s letter of recommendation mustaccompany each claim for benefits.17. Nursing – Visiting/home/registered nurse (private practice)– The annual limit of $1,000 per person each calendar year includescombined benefits for home (bush) nursing and visiting/registerednurse.
