48 minutes or until the internal<br />

Bake:<br />

• Preheat oven to 400˚F.<br />

• Remove chicken from cello wrap.<br />

• Place desired number of portions on<br />

foil lined raised edge baking sheet.<br />

• Bake uncovered for approximately<br />

40 minutes or until the internal<br />

temperature reaches 165˚F.<br />

Broccoli and Cheese<br />

(do not thaw)<br />

Bake:<br />

• Preheat oven to 400˚F.<br />

• Remove chicken from cello wrap.<br />

• Place desired number of portions on<br />

a foil lined, raised edge baking sheet.<br />

• Bake uncovered for 36-40 minutes<br />

or until the internal temperature<br />

reaches 165˚F.<br />

Cordon Bleu<br />

(do not thaw)<br />

Bake:<br />

• Preheat oven to 400˚F.<br />

• Remove chicken from cello wrap.<br />

• Place desired number of portions on<br />

foil lined, raised edge baking sheet.<br />

• Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes<br />

or until the internal temperature<br />

reaches 165˚F.<br />

Artichoke & Parmesan<br />

Bake: (do not thaw)<br />

• Preheat oven to 400˚F.<br />

• Remove chicken from the cello wrap.<br />

Place desired number of portions<br />

on a foil lined baking sheet.<br />

• Bake uncovered for approximately<br />

45 minutes or until the internal<br />

temperature is 165˚F.<br />

Boneless Skinless<br />

Chicken Breast<br />

(thaw in refrigerator)<br />

Broil or Grill:<br />

• Preheat broiler or grill.<br />

• Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until<br />

internal temperature is 165˚F.<br />

Contact Grill:<br />

• Grill 3-4 minutes or until internal<br />

temperature reaches 165˚F.<br />

Bake:<br />

• Preheat oven to 350˚F.<br />

• Season as desired. Place the chicken<br />

breasts on a foil lined, raised edge<br />

baking sheet.<br />

• Bake for 20-25 minutes. Internal<br />

temperature should reach 165˚F.<br />

Pan Saute:<br />

• Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a<br />

nonstick skillet over medium high<br />

heat. Add chicken breasts.<br />

• Cook 4-6 minutes per side reducing<br />

the heat to medium after flipping.<br />

The internal temperature should<br />

reach 165˚F.<br />

Tip: To achieve an even thickness for<br />

chicken, place thawed boneless, skinless<br />

chicken breasts between sheets of plastic<br />

wrap. use a meat mallet or small, heavy<br />

pan to pound out to an even thickness.<br />

For grilling, flatten to ½" thickness.<br />

For sauteing, flatten to ¼" or ⅛" thickness.
