Beef Lasagna<br />
FROM FROZEN:<br />
Do not thaw.<br />
Microwave:<br />
• Remove tray from box and cut small<br />
slit in center of film.<br />
• Place frozen tray in microwave; cook<br />
on medium high for 9-10 minutes.<br />
• Remove from microwave with oven<br />
mitts and let stand for 5 minutes.<br />
Remove film, slice and serve.<br />
Bake:<br />
• Preheat oven to 350˚F.<br />
• Remove tray from box and cut small<br />
slit in center of film on tray.<br />
• Place frozen tray on baking sheet in<br />
the center of oven. Bake for about<br />
55-60 minutes.<br />
• Remove from oven and let rest for<br />
5 minutes; slice and serve.<br />
FROM THAWED:<br />
Thaw in refrigerator.<br />
Microwave:<br />
• Vent one corner of the film and<br />
place thawed lasagna in microwave.<br />
• Heat for 4-5 minutes.<br />
• Carefully remove film and serve.<br />
Bake:<br />
• Preheat oven to 350˚F.<br />
• Remove film covering tray and<br />
place tray on baking sheet before<br />
placing in the oven.<br />
• Bake for 35-40 minutes.<br />
Lobster Bisque<br />
M<br />
Stovetop: (do not thaw)<br />
• Run under warm water to loosen the<br />
soup from the bag.<br />
• Cut top away and slide frozen soup<br />
into saucepan. Heat over low heat<br />
until serving temperature is reached.<br />
Microwave:<br />
• Defrost unopened pouch for 6-8<br />
minutes. Pour into microwave safe<br />
dish. Cook on high for 5 minutes.<br />

Lobster Mac & Cheese<br />
(do not thaw)<br />
Microwave:<br />
• Remove plastic film from tray.<br />
• Microwave on high for 3 minutes.<br />
• Remove from microwave and stir.<br />
• Return to microwave and cook an<br />
additional 1-2 minutes.<br />
Bake:<br />
• Preheat oven to 350˚F.<br />
• Remove film from tray and place on<br />
baking sheet.<br />
• Place baking sheet on oven center<br />
rack; bake for 35-40 minutes.<br />
Maine Lobster Ravioli<br />
with White Wine Sauce<br />
Stovetop: (do not thaw)<br />
• Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a<br />
large saucepan.<br />
• Add sauce pouch. After 11/2 minutes,<br />
remove from bag and add to water.<br />
• Cook for 3 minutes or to desired<br />
tenderness, stirring occasionally.<br />
• Remove sauce pouch and strain.<br />
• On a plate, pour sauce over ravioli.<br />

Meat Lover’s Lasagna<br />
(do not thaw)<br />
Microwave:<br />
• Place frozen tray in microwave with<br />
the film intact.<br />
• Cook on high for 13-14 minutes.<br />
• Remove from microwave and let<br />
stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove<br />
the film, slice and serve.<br />
Bake:<br />
• Preheat oven to 350˚F.<br />
• Place frozen tray on a baking sheet;<br />
cut slit in film. Place baking sheet in<br />
the center of the oven.<br />
• Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes to<br />
1 hour and 25 minutes.<br />
• Remove from oven and let stand<br />
5 minutes. Carefully remove film; slice.
