Louzon gave chase on {oot and captured the IS-year old driver. The officer radioed a description of the two who had escaped, and a search was made by Harper Woods and Farms police. At 12:35 p.m .• Farms Sgt. 19natious Backman apprehended lhe second 16.ye.r-old at Ches. ler and Moross in Detroit. The third teenager was taken into custody at his home. The driver of the stolen car. at the time it was stopped. told the authorities that the lS-yearold "hot.wired" the Volkswagen and drove it out of the Sears lot and down Moross to the free. way, where he stopped and the older boy took the wheel. Since the teen.gers were stopped in Harper Woods while still in possession or the stolen vehicle. Harper Woods police filed the charges with Juvenile Court. MR. and MRS.
