Please reserve the class of your choice early. Paid reservations willbe accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You may as ask to be put on a waiting list for filled classesand will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Payment in full is required for eachclass and may be made in the Arts & Crafts Center, 335 Kuntz Ave., Hickam Bldg. 1889. A supply list foreach class will be provided at the time of registration. Materials are not included in class fees unlessotherwise noted. The Arts and Crafts Center is always looking for new classes and/or instructors. Pleaselet us know if you have any suggestions.Refund PolicyRefunds will be given when:• A class is canceled by the instructor or the Arts & Crafts Center. (Please note that a class may becanceled when enrollment does not meet the number required by the instructor.)• A 48-hour notification of TDY/PCS with a copy of orders and receipt.• A doctor’s certification (in case of illness) that the individual was unable to attend class and nomore than 50% of the class has been attended.Class receipt must be presented at the time of refund. No transfers.Classroom Guidelines• Please do not bring visitors, dependents or other non-paying personnel to class. Childrenbrought to the class can be disruptive to other students and instructor. It is also against ourcontractual agreement with concessionaire instructors and can be a safety issue.• Please be prompt to all sessions.• Do not bring food to the class, except prearranged events, such as scrapbooking workshops.• Wear appropriate clothing. If, for example, you enroll in a ceramics, painting, woodworking orphotography class, there is a good chance you will get dirty!• Wear proper shoes for the class; no open-toed shoes are permitted in the frame, ceramic, woodor automotive shops.• Leave jewelry at home if you will need to remove it.
