THANK YOUResources Drilling and Blastingstudents showcase theequipment donated byEnbridge Gas Distribution.DONATION WILL MAKE GRADS MOREEMPLOYABLEFleming College’s Resources Drilling and Blastingprogram received a donation of a directional drill systemworth $450,000 that includes a 2012 Ditch witch JT 20/20drill, a 2012 International service truck with a fluid mixingsystem and an on-board air compressor as well as a10-ton enclosed float trailer, an 8500 tracking systemand a complete set of down hole tools. The equipmentwas donated by Enbridge Gas Distribution.“This equipment is commonly used by manyconstruction and utility companies, and will help ensurestudents have the knowledge and hands-on experience tosafely install underground pipes or cables,” said MichaelWagle, Operations Manager at Enbridge Gas Distribution.“This equipment will make our graduates moreemployable for the growing trenchless-installationindustries,” said Steve Wilkinson, Coordinator of theResources Drilling and Blasting program.IN-KIND DONATION TOPHARMACY TECHNICIANPROGRAMWe wish to extend a sincereTHANK YOU to alumnus MuradYounis (Business ’97), ownerof Westmount Pharmacy inPeterborough, for his generous donation of a NuairePharmaGard 797 Compounding Aseptic & ContainmentIsolator to our Pharmacy Assistant program.
