CON 3734/2012 page 2 of 2The tested samples comply with the legal stipulations of Regulation 1935/2004/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (of 27.10.2004) on materials and articles intended tocome into contact with food in conjunction with the Commission Regulation No. 10/2011/ECand its amendments relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contactwith foodstuffs and the German “Lebensmittel-, Bedarfsgegenstände- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch(LFGB)”, first edition as from 01.09.2005, and its amendments in conjunction withthe “Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung (BedGgstV)”, newly formulated as from 17.04.1997, andits amendments, with respect to overall migration and specific migration of monomers andadditives under the above specified conditions of use.This certificate relies on the product recipe disclosed to FABES, the compliance statementssubmitted by the raw material producers, the statement of confirmation by thesupplier/manufacturer and the performed migration and/or extraction tests on the samplessent to FABES and/or the migration estimation by modeling.This certificate and the above mentioned test report are limited to the componentsmentioned above and do not represent a generally applicable statement on the quality ofcontinuous production. Any change in the recipe, the raw materials or the production processof the above mentioned products can have an impact on the food contact compliance.
