Michelle Hale Williams received her PhD inpolitical science from the University of Coloradoat Boulder. She is an assistant professor of politicalscience at the University of West Florida inPensacola.Paul L.Wingate Jr. received his MBA fromUNC-Greensboro and is sales manager at BonsetAmerica Corporation.
