A building designated or used for the retail sale or supply of fuels (stored only as prescribed by existing legalregulations), lubricants, air, water and other operating commodities for motor vehicles, aircraft or boats, andincluding the customary space and facilities for the installation of such commodities on or in such vehicles, andincluding space for facilities for the storage, minor repair, or servicing, but not including bumping, body repair,painting, refinishing, steam cleaning and rustproofing where the primary use of the premises is such, or high speedwashing thereof.
