They will be able to gain employment in beauty salons,health clubs, retail stores & cruise liners. Students may also progress to level 3ITEC or equivalent courses.ITEC qualifications are the best way to start your career in the beauty,complementary & sports industries and are recognised in over 38 countriesworldwide.ITEC maintains standards & quality around the world that ensure that employersknow that their employees are ready and able to deal with the demands ofworking in the industry.Students will also take 2 optional units, which will be decided during the course.All students must be prepared to give and receive treatments. There will also be asignificant amount of home study required.Assessment includes assignments, internal & external practical exams as well asmultiple choice question papers.UniformBlack salon tunic (ordered through Seaton Burn College ), black trousers, closedtoe black shoes.
