He has extensive experiencein welding, metallurgy, quality assurance, welding &pipe mill inspection, tanks, nondestructive testing, ISOand instruction in these topics. This work has takenhim to fifty states and twenty-five foreign countries.Presently he owns ASSOCIATES Consulting, Constructionand Inspection Company.Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in <strong>Welding</strong>Engineering and has worked as a ManufacturingEngineer and Quality Control Engineer for manyyears. His responsibilities included the developmentof welding procedures and qualifications to ASMEand <strong>AWS</strong> Codes, welder training and certification,and methods analysis of manufacturing operationswhile working for a manufacturer of petro-chemicalprocess and air separation plants.
