teamtechnik uses standardised, proven modules, processes
and components in its systems. These reduce the
amount of engineering required and increase uptime of
production systems.
Modular test stand structure
The central body contains all the product-specific
features. The input, output and control modules are product-neutral
and standardized. They are flanged onto
the central body as self-contained units. These tried
and tested standard components can be upgraded and
re-used if the test stand is modified.

Assembly and testing
A one-stop shop for process skills
teamtechnik has been developing and constructing
intelligent systems for assembly and testing for more
than 30 years. These systems have a standard data
structure and clear interface solutions. In order to
achieve the highest quality, we integrate a wide range
of tested process technology in our systems.
There are over 700 standardized and tested assembly
and test processes available in the teamtechnik process
pool.
The systems are flexible in their automation and can
be enhanced to robot-based systems.

Reliable oil management
teamtechnik is setting new standards. Integrated, fully
automatic oil filling and oil drainage stations ensure
reliable oil management.
Fully automated weighing stations control the filling
and draining processes and the oil quantities accurately.
Filter systems in various grades ensure that the circulating
oil is clean.
