They are designed to beapplied by members of the club who, when faced with an emergency, will not necessarilybe aware of standing orders.In the event of a criminal or anti-social disturbance on club premises, the RPIC should make an initialassessment of the situation and decide what, if any, police assistance may be needed, and arrange for that tobe summoned without delay. The Police in turn may notify the MOD Police to attend.The RPIC must ensure that the Accident/Incident Book held in the attendant’s room is completed and whereappropriate an ECB1 is completed.If a child protection issue is involved, the <strong>Club</strong> Welfare Officer or Secretary must immediately be advisedby telephone, and ECB1 passed to the <strong>Club</strong> Welfare Officer as soon as possible.
