j) Individual vehicles approvals (Chapter XI, Articles 41-44) (EP amendments 75 and 77-79 onunique/amateur built and amendments 80-84 6 ): a number of delegations have doubts on theinclusion of Chapter XI in the Regulation, notably because the proposed Articles would notprovide for a sufficient harmonisation of technical requirements. On the other hand, theEuropean Parliament proposes two series of amendments and would not accept the deletion ofthe Chapter. The Presidency intends to negotiate on the basis of the Presidency text.V.
