Provideproactive, commercially driven <strong>HR</strong> support and guidance <strong>to</strong> the Services Europebusiness.Objectives & MeasurementKey Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:Including but not limited <strong>to</strong>:• Contribute <strong>to</strong> and support the delivery of the <strong>HR</strong> strategy in line with businessobjectives• Support the development and continuous improvement of <strong>HR</strong> systems andpolicies in line with best practice• Drive and deliver <strong>HR</strong> initiatives <strong>to</strong> support business needs, such as talentdevelopment, employee engagement, management development, andorganisational change• Work in partnership with the operational management teams <strong>to</strong> identifyopportunities and areas of improvement <strong>to</strong> support improved organisationaland people performance in line with business needs• Guide and coach managers on employee relations and <strong>HR</strong> issues in line withCompany policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance,performance, redundancy and absence management• Support other roles within the <strong>HR</strong> team as required with other projects andoperational issues, e.g. recruitment, payrollJob Knowledge / Education and QualificationsThe details described here are representative of those that are encountered by or must be met by an employee <strong>to</strong>successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
