The last part of the training was whateveryone had been waiting for as thegroup made its way to the aptly namedRainbow Falls. With the sunlight hittingthe spray from the waterfall a number ofrainbows form, creating a magical effect.Before going under the water everyonetook turns at performing their kata in thecave behind the waterfall, the energy ofthe cave providing an additional elementto the performance of the kata.The first brave participants made theirway under the waterfall and found thatwhilst the outside temperature waswarmer then normal for mid July, thewater certainly wasn’t!
