UN3166• If the item meets the requirements of Special Provision961 then they are not subject to the IMDG Code.• If not in addition to the conditions of special provision962, the usual provisions of the IMDG Code for theproduction of a dangerous goods transport documentapply but, as stated, in special provision 962 the vehicledoes not require to be labelled, marked or placarded.However, if loaded into a cargo transport unit (container),the container would require a Class 9 hazard on foursides.
