UN3166• If the item meets the requirements of Special Provision961 then they are not subject <strong>to</strong> the IMDG Code.• If not in addition <strong>to</strong> the conditions of special provision962, the usual provisions of the IMDG Code for theproduction of a dangerous goods transport documentapply but, as stated, in special provision 962 the vehicledoes not require <strong>to</strong> be labelled, marked or placarded.However, if loaded in<strong>to</strong> a cargo transport unit (container),the container would require a Class 9 hazard on foursides.
