Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rApril | 2013Aspetar’s Pioneering High Altitude ConferenceConcludesDr D’Hooghe, FIFA Medical Panel Chief, Praises Aspetar FacilitiesAspetar’s ground-breaking Altitude Training and Team Sports Conference was held on 24-25th March.The two-day symposium was designed for experts who are interested in enhancing performance levels in team-sportplayers through altitude training reflects Doha’s position as the Middle East’s sport capital.Dr Michel D’Hooghe, Chairman of the Medical Committee of FIFA, addressed the audience during the opening session onSunday, with an opening speech titled: “FIFA Medical Vision Concerning Playing Football and Altitude.”The FIFA Medical Commission Chairman Dr. D’Hooghe was full of praise for Aspetar.“Its fantastic team of doctors with their great scientific knowledge are doing great work in helping injured sportsmen,especially footballers.” He added, believing that Aspetar would play a key role with FIFA in treating footballers withserious injuries.“Aspetar is also a designated FIFA centre of excellence. Two Aspire Academy teams,Aspire Qatar and Aspire International,were among the twelve teams thatcompeted this year.The Aspire Academy players impressedspectators, both in and out of Qatar,after a series of strong performancesagainst some of the world’s best U-18teams, including Liverpool, Real Madrid,Boca Juniors, Inter Milan, Fluminense,Paris Saint-Germain, Yokohama,Esperance Sportive de Tunis, Zamalek,and Al Nassr.The Aspire team’s performances wereall the more remarkable as AspireQatar was the youngest team of thetournament, and Aspire Internationalcomprised of players from diverserange of backgrounds.Aspire International snatched fifthplace following an intense shootoutwhich saw the team beat Real Madrid,4-2. Aspire Qatar came in seventhposition, dominating the final matchagainst Liverpool FC 3-1. Competitors racedup 1,304 steps to the 51st floor inan attempt to beat world-renownedstaircase runner Thomas Dold andclaim the highly coveted first placeposition.The 240 competitors were comprisedof local and international runnersincluding the Minister of Justice, H.E.Hasan Bin Abdullah Al Ghanem.Thomas Dold, a world leader in thesport of professional tower running,was the first runner to set off, settingan incredible time of 6:31 for thecompetitors to beat.“Aspire Zone and The Torch-Doha Hoteldid a wonderful job. Each lap takes between45-60 seconds and cars can reach a top speed of approximately 60kphwith an average speed of 30kph.Mr. Abdulaziz Al Mahmoud said: “Radio controlled car racing isextremely popular throughout the world and has a significant followingin Qatar. Aspire Zone is keen to add to its extensive list of activities andto provide the players and fans of this game with an appropriate, wellequippedand up-to-standard track to organize activities and races.”The first race took place in March and saw 25 drivers from across thecountry take part.8

It just doesn’t getbetter than this in Qatar.”The series included three routes: theadult race consisted of a 500m swimand a 5km run; the 12-13 year oldage category featured a 200m swimand 3km run; and the 10-11 yearold age category was comprised ofa 100m swim and 1.5km run.9

A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rApril | 2013AZF Enters Partnership with thePermanent Committee for Drug andAlcohol AffairsAgreement Aims to Raise Awareness of the Negative Effects ofDrugs in QatarAspire Zone Foundation(AZF) signed a Memorandum ofUnderstanding (MoU) with thePermanent Committee for Drug andAlcohol Affairs (PCDAA), an entityunder the Ministry of Interior, atthe end of December 2012, with anaim to support the activities of thePCDAA and help raise awareness ofthe risks of drugs.Mr. Hilal Al Kuwari, President of AZFand Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, StaffMajor General & Director General ofPublic Security and the Chairman ofPCDAA, attended the ceremony.Mr. Al Kuwari commented, “Oursupport to the MOI’s Drug EnforcementAdministration (DEA) and its nationwideefforts plays an extremely crucialrole in preserving the country’s mostimportant resource - its people. AZF has the right state-ofthe-artvenues and internationalexpertise needed to enable physicaland psychological rehabilitation,and we will not hesitate to placethem at the disposal of the DEA,” headded.The signing ceremony came aspart of AZF’s many initiatives tosupport Qatar’s National Vision2030 and under the goal of buildinga physically and mentally healthypopulation.AZF Reuses Ooredoo’s Old Wooden Telephone PolesSet to add a touch of tradition to Aspire ParkIn an agreement signed betweenAZF and Ooredoo (formerly Qtel), AZFpledged to use Qatar’s old woodentelephone poles as recycled materialthroughout the 880,000sqm AspirePark.A mainstay of public space in theseventies and eighties, the signaturewooden telephone poles were phasedout following the introduction ofmodern communication platforms.Aspire Zone began utilizing the nowdiscarded material into amenitieslocated throughout Aspire Parkand the vast Aspire Zone.The wood is being used in buildings,chairs, signs and trash containers.The initiative adds to the rusticand eco-friendly atmosphere thathas become a hallmark of AspirePark.“In-line with AZF’s vision ofinstilling the spirit of creativitywithin members of the Qataricommunity, we are working to createnatural spaces that allow people torecharge and become more inspiredand more productive. Not only is he the reigningworld No.1 in the World SquashFederation’s junior circuit rankings(U-19), but he also has a growingnumber of awards and accoladesunder his belt.Most recently, the young athletedefeated Ma Tsz Hei of Hong Kongin a closely contested match toclaim the U-19 title at the QatarOpen Junior Squash Tournament theKhalifa International Squash Complexin Doha in March.Al Tamimi graduated from AspireAcademy in 2012, which Al Tamimicredits for being instrumental in hisdevelopment as a squash player.“Aspire Academy enabled me tostudy and play squash at thesame time. I was able to traintwice a day, as well as continuemy education. A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rأبريل | 2013اجتماع المجلساالستشاري العلميلسبيتارعقدت اجتماعات المجلس االستشاريالعلمي لسبيتار ‏)أساب(،‏ برئاسة الدكتورخليفة الكواري المدير التنفيذي لسبيتار،‏خالل الفترة - 26 27 فبراير بمستشفى جراحةالعظام والطب الرياضي في قطر.‏موظفو مؤسسة أسباير زون يشاركون في حملةالتبرع بالدمفي مبادرة مجتمعية جديدة،‏ ودعماً‏ للحملة الشتوية للتبرع بالدم التي تنظمها مؤسسةحمد الطبية،‏ خصّ‏ صت أسباير زون حملة في شهر فبراير لذلك،‏ حيث شارك العديد منالعاملين بالمؤسسة وعوائلهم فيها وبادروا إلى التبرع بالدم.‏وأتت الحملة في إطار التزام المؤسسة باستراتيجيتها نحو المسؤولية المجتمعية،‏ والتيتعبر عنها من خالل جهودها وبرامجها المتواصلة على مدار العام لدعم أفراد المجتمعفي قطر في مجاالت عدة،‏ وكذلك إيماناً‏ منها بدورها في دعم بنك الدم القطري.‏ومن جانبه،‏ صرح المهندس/‏ هالل الكواري،‏ رئيس مؤسسة أسباير زون،‏ قائالً‏ : ‏“إن التبرعبالدم يعتبر إحدى وسائل المشاركة االنسانية في المجتمع،‏ حيث تعمل على االحتفاءبتشارك نعمة الحياة،‏ وأشعر بسعادة كبيرة للذين أبدوا تجاوباً‏ ايجابياً‏ ووعياً‏ كبيراً‏ بأهميةالتبرع بالدم والنتائج اإليجابية المتعلقة به،‏ السيما وأن أسباير زون سبّ‏ اقة في تنظيممثل هذه الحمالت اإلنسانية،‏ التي تعكس القيم والرؤى التي نعمل عليها”.‏ومن المعروف أن التبرع بالدم يعمل على تجديد الصفائح الدموية لدى المتبرع،‏ باإلضافةإلى تقوية جهازه المناعي،‏ ورغم أن عملية التبرع ال تستغرق اكثر من 15 دقيقة،‏ إال أنهاتحل أزمة الدم الذي يحتاج إليه الكثير من المرضى،‏ حيث من الممكن أن تنقذ عمليةالتبرع حياة شخص محتاج لقطرة دم.‏وقد ناقشت اجتماعات لجنة الخبراء مجموعةمتنوعة من القضايا الهامة،‏ تنوعت ما بيندراسة المشاريع المطروحة القادمة وطرقتطوير سبيتار،‏ وامتدت لتشمل العديد منالقضايا األخرى العامة.‏يشار إلى أن اجتماعات ‏’أساب‘‏ تعقد مرتينفي السنة،‏ ويتكون مجلس إدارتها منمجموعة من األطباء العاملين في سبيتار،‏من ذوي الخبرات الطبية المختلفة التيتعود لعدة بلدان مثل هونج كونج وايطالياوأستراليا والمملكة العربية السعوديةوالسويد وسويسرا والواليات المتحدةاألمريكية.‏وقد جمع أعضاء المجلس االستشاريمعارفهم وخبراتهم الواسعة وجميع المواردالالزمة،‏ للعمل على تطوير المبادرة.‏جدير بالذكر أن سبيتار تهدف من خلاللالمجلس العلمي االستشاري لزيادة معارفهاوخبراتها في مجال البحث والعلوم السريرية،‏حتى يتسنى لها تحقيق رؤيتها المتمثلة فيريادة مجال الطب الرياضي بحلول العام.2015حفل ختام مشروع أسباير أحالم كرة القدم في نسخته السادسةاحتفلت أكاديمية أسباير في فبراير 2013بتخرج الفوج السادس من مواهب برنامجهاالعالمي األضخم من حيث التنقيب عنالمواهب والمعروف باسم أسباير أحالمكرة القدم،‏ فأقامت حفل عشاء لتوزيعالشهادات على الخريجين في قاعة أسبايربفندق الشعلة - قطر.‏وقد حضر عدد من مسؤولي ومدراءاألكاديمية ومؤسسة أسباير زون يتقدمهمنائب رئيس المؤسسة طارق عبد العزيزالنعمة ومدير عام أكاديمية أسباير إيفانبرافو وبدر جاسم الحاي مدير إدارة التعليمورعاية الطلالب وضيفا الشرف راؤولجونزاليس نجم منتخب إسبانيا وناديي ريالمدريد وشالكه األلماني سابقا ومحترفنادي السد القطري الحالي،‏ والمدربالصربي بورا ميليتنوفيتش،‏ صاحب الرقمالقياسي في قيادة 5 منتخبات مختلفةلخمس نهائيات كأس عالم،‏ والدكتوراندرياس باليشر مدير المشاريع الدولية فيأسباير وعدد من سفراء الدول والبعثاتالدبلوماسية للدول المشمولة في البرنامجوالمعتمدة في الدوحة.‏وكان نهائي المشروع قد جمع بين 32موهبة كروية جديدة من مواهب النسخةالسادسة لهذا البرنامج في رحاب أكاديميةأسباير منذ يناير إلى فبراير 2013.ووقع االختيار على 32 موهبة من مواليد1999 من ثلالث قارات،‏ أفريقيا وأميركاالالتينية وآسيا ، ووجهت لهم الدعوة إلىمقر أكاديمية أسباير في الدوحة حيثقضوا قرابة أسبوعين في معسكر تدريبيمكثف على مالعب ومنشآت األكاديميةذات المعايير العالمية،‏ وأجروا مباريات وديةضد شباب نادي برشلونة اإلسباني مواليد1999، وإلى جانبهم كان هناك 62 العباً‏ منالنسخ السابقة من مواليد 1995 و‎1996‎و‎1997‎ والعام ‎1998‎؛ حرصوا على تلقينهمآخر ما توصلت إليه طرق التدريب الحديثة.‏12

A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e r أبريل | 2013بهدف التوعية بآثار المخدرات في قطرشراكة جديدة بين أسباير زون ولجنة المخدراتوالمسكراتأبرمت مؤسسة أسباير زون في نهاية شهرديسمبر 2012، مذكرة تفاهم مع اللجنةالدائمة لشئون المخدرات والمسكرات،‏إحدى المؤسسات التابعة لوزارة الداخلية،‏حيث نصت المذكرة على دعم أسبايرزون ألنشطة اللجنة وجهودها في مجالالتوعية بأضرار ومخاطر المخدرات.‏وحضر مراسم التوقيع كل من السيد/‏هلالل الكواري رئيس مؤسسة أسبايرزون،‏ وسعادة اللواء الركن سعد بنجاسم الخليفي مدير عام األمن العامورئيس اللجنة الدائمة لشئون المخدراتوالمسكرات.‏وقد أعرب السيد هلالل الكواري،‏ رئيسمؤسسة أسباير زون،‏ عن أهمية توقيعمذكرة التفاهم قائلال:‏ ‏“إن دعمنا للجنةمكافحة المخدرات بوزارة الداخلية وماتقوم به من دور وطني بالغ األهمية فيالحفاظ على أهم موارد الدولة وهو الموردالبشري،‏ يأتي نابعاً‏ من إيماننا بأن حمايةأفراد مجتمعنا من مشاكل المخدراتوعواقبها الصحية والنفسية واالجتماعيةهو هدف وطني ال بد أن نسعى جميعاً‏للمساهمة في تحقيقه حتى تستطيع أمتناتحقيق نهضتها ومواصلة مسيرتها للتقدموالرقي”.‏وأضاف:‏ ‏“إن مؤسسة أسباير زون بما لديهامن خبرات عالمية في مجاالت الصحةوالرياضة والتأهيل البدني،‏ وما تتبناه منبرامج وتقدمه من خدمات مجتمعيةتستهدف جميع فئات المجتمع،‏ وما لديهامن وسائل لالستجمام البدني والنفسي،‏لن تدخر جهداً‏ في دعم اللجنة لممارسةعملها وتحقيق أهدافها،‏ خاصةً‏ وأننا جميعاً‏نعلم األثر الفعّ‏ ‏ال للرياضة في وقاية أبنائناوشبابنا من خطر المخدرات.”‏هذا،‏ ويأتي توقيع مذكرة التفاهم ضمنمبادرات مؤسسة أسباير زون المختلفةلدعم رؤية قطر 2030، وخاصة ركيزة التنميةالبشرية التي من ضمن أهدافها سكانأصحاء بدنياً‏ ونفسياً.‏مؤسسة أسباير زون تستخدم أعمدة هواتف ’Oordeoo‘ القديمةفي منشآت ومرافق الحديقةقامت مؤسسة أسباير زون بالتعاون معشركة اتصاالت قطر )Ooredoo( المعروفةباسم كيوتل سابقاً‏ باستخدام أعمدةالهواتف الخشبية القديمة لشركة االتصاالتالقطرية،‏ وذلك في منشآت حديقة أسبايرللحفاظ على طابعها الريفي والصديق للبيئة.‏حيث تعد الحديقة ملالذاً‏ للكثيرين للهروبمن صخب الحياة واالستمتاع بالطبيعة فيأبهى صورها من مساحات خضراء واسعةوبحيرة ممتدة تساعد على االستجمامواالسترخاء بعيداً‏ عن زخم الحياة اليوميةوالضوضاء والمباني اإلسمنتية الصماء.‏وقال السيد عبد العزيز آل محمود،‏ المديرالعام ألسباير لوجستيكس:‏ ‏“تحقيقاً‏ لرؤيتنافي مؤسسة أسباير زون لبث روح اإللهامواإلبداع الخلالق لدى أفراد المجتمعالقطري،‏ نحاول المساهمة في خلقأجواء طبيعية تمكّ‏ ‏ن الناس من مواصلةحياتهم وتأدية عملهم بفاعلية،‏ بل وتزيدمن إنتاجيتهم ومساهماتهم في المجتمعبإيجابية،‏ إننا نحرص في مؤسسة أسباير زونعلى االهتمام بكل ما هو أصيل وطبيعيحتى في أبسط األمور وأدق التفاصيل.”‏وقد تم االتفاق بين مؤسسة أسباير زونو ‘Ooredoo’ على أن تحصل المؤسسةعلى ألواح األخشاب التي كانت مبنية بهاتلك األكشاك،‏ واستخدامها في المبانيوالمنشآت المقامة في حديقة أسباير،‏ حتىالكراسي والالفتات واإلرشادات وحاوياتالقمامة جميعها من تلك األلواح الخشبية.‏11

A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rأبريل | 2013سبيتار يقدم الرعاية الرسمية لكأس العالم لالتحاد الدولي للسباحةسبيتار يواصل دعم ورعاية كبرى الفعاليات الرياضية في المنطقةأبرم مستشفى ‏“سبيتار”‏ اتفاقية مع االتحادالقطري للسباحة في شهر مارس 2013،حيث سيقوم المستشفى بتقديم الرعايةالرسمية لكأس العالم لالتحاد الدوليللسباحة،‏ والذي ستجرى فعالياته خاللالفترة من 10 وحتى 14 ديسمبر 2014.وصرح الدكتور ديجكسترا،‏ الرئيس التنفيذيللشؤون الطبية لبطولة كأس العالم لالتحادالدولي للسباحة ال )25 12 متر(‏ ‏“الدوحة2014”، والموقع على االتفاقية من جانبسبيتار،‏ قائالً‏ : ‏“إنه لمن دواعي فخرنا فيسبيتار أن نتعاون مع االتحاد القطريللسباحة إلنجاز حدث رياضي بهذه الضخامة”.‏ومن المعروف أن سبيتار يملك تاريخاً‏ ممتداً‏في رعاية البطوالت والفعاليات الرياضيةرفيعة المستوى حول المنطقة.‏ ففي ينايرالماضي قام سبيتار بدعم النسخة السنويةلبطولة قطر ماسترز للجولف،‏ وفي فبرايردعم المستشفى بطولة قطر المفتوحةللتنس 2013، والتي جذبت إليها مجموعةمختارة من أفضل العبات التنس حولالعالم.‏عمالقة كرة القدم يتنافسون فيمباراة شيقةفريقا إسبانيا واألوروغواي يتباريانودياً‏ باستاد خليفة الدولياستطاع فريق إسبانيا بطل أوروبا والفائز ببطولة كأسالعالم التغلب على بطل قارة أمريكا الجنوبية األوروغواي1/3، وذلك في المباراة الودية التي انعقدت في استادخليفة الدولي بتاريخ 6 فبراير 2013.وعلى هامش مباراة إسبانيا بطلة العالم وأمم أوروبالمرتين متتاليتين،‏ تم إحضار كأس العالم وكأس أمم أوروبااللتين حصدتهما لعرضهما أمام الجمهور في أكاديميةأسباير،‏ وذلك بمبادرة من أسباير وتنسيق وتعاون معاالتحاد الملكي اإلسباني لكرة القدم.‏وفي معرض تعليقه على فكرة عرض كأسي العالموأوروبا في مدرج األكاديمية،‏ قال مدير عام أكاديميةأسباير السيد إيفان برافو:”‏ إنه لمن دواعي فخرنا واعتزازناباستقبال هاتين الكأسين الثمينتين في رحاب أكاديميتنا.‏وأنا على يقين من أن الجماهير سوف تنتظر بفارغ الصبررؤية كأس العالم مجدداً‏ ، والتي ستأتي إلى هنا خاللمونديال 2022 عندما تنظم بطولة كأس العالم هنا فيدولة قطر.”‏6

A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e r أبريل | 2013فعاليات المؤسسات المشاركةهذا وقد عقدت عدة فعاليات مصاحبةخاصة في مختلف منشآت أسباير زون عنطريق العديد من المؤسسات العاملةبالدولة،‏ والتي صممت خصيصاً‏ لتطويرمستوى اللياقة لدى األفراد العاملين بهافي جو من الترفيه العائلي.‏ وقد كان منبين المنظمات المشاركة،‏ المجلس األعلىلشئون األسرة وشركة عبد الله عبد الغني‏)تويوتا(‏ وشركة راس غاز ووزارة الماليةواالتحاد القطري للفروسية واللجنة الوطنيةلحقوق االنسان.‏ وقد قامت بنقل الفعالياتالعديد من القنوات التلفزيونية،‏ مثل قناةالجزيرة اإلخبارية والرياضية وقناة الريانوقناة قطر باإلضافة لقناة الجزيرة لألطفال.‏‏#أسباير_لقطة_ال_تنسى:‏ منافساتالتواصل االجتماعيللعام الثاني على التوالي،‏ أقامت مؤسسةأسباير زون مسابقة لوسائل التواصلاالجتماعي وهي عبارة عن أفضل لقطةللذكرى،‏ وذلك لتخليد الذكرى المميزة التيمر المشاركون بها في أسباير،‏ عبر تشجيعأفراد الجمهور اللتقاط صورة أو مقطعفيديو ألحد األنشطة المقامة في أسبايرزون.‏ وتنوعت الجوائز القيمة بين أجهزة آيباد،‏ آي فون،‏ آي بود،‏ وقسائم من فندقالشعلة،‏ ووصل عدد المشاركات إلى أكثر من140 لقطة.‏الحدث األكثر تميزاً‏ ... إنارة فندق الشعلةكان الحدث األكثر تفرداً‏ خالل اليوم الرياضيهو إنارة أحد أكثر األبنية المعمارية تميزاً‏ فيقطر ‏“فندق الشعلة”،‏ حيث قام المشاركونبقيادة دراجات ثابتة ينتج عن حركة دورانعجالتها الطاقة الالزمة لتشغيل نظاماإلنارة الخارجي للفندق.‏ وبهذا اختتماالحتفال باليوم الرياضي للدولة بشكلممي.زحقق فريق مكون من 5 طالب رياضيين منأكاديمية أسباير،‏ يمثلون منتخب قطر تحت14 سنة،‏ المركز األول والميدالية الذهبيةفي مسابقة الجمباز حسب الفرق خاللالنسخة الثانية من بطولة األلعاب الرياضيةالمدرسية للبراعم تحت 14 سنة “ خليجياد2” والتي عقدت في شهر فبراير‎2013‎‏.‏ومثل طلالب األكاديمية منتخب قطرالمدرسي من بين أكثر من 250 شابا وفتاةمن 7 دول خليجية أخرى،‏ وهي باإلضافةإلى قطر،‏ كل من السعودية والكويتوالبحرين وعمان والعراق واليمنواإلمارات البلد المضيف،‏ حيث تنافسوافي 4 أنواع رياضية هي ألعاب القوىوالجمباز والسباحة وتنس الطاولة.‏وفي تعليقه على هذا اإلنجاز،‏ قال عليأحمد الهتمي،‏ مدير رعاية الطالب بإدارةالتعليم ورعاية الطالب بأكاديمية اسباير،‏و رئيس االتحاد القطري للجمباز وعضواالتحاد الدولي للعبة:‏ ‏“أشعر بالفخر لكونطالب أسباير في الجمبازيحصدون ذهب ‏“خليجياد2” لأللعاب المدرسيةفي دبيهؤالء الطلالب الرياضيين من منتسبيأكاديمية أسباير التي أثرت فيهم إيجاباومكنتهم من تحقيق اإلنجازات وطورتلديهم السلوك واالنضباط”.‏وأضاف:”‏ إنني على يقين من أننا فيأكاديمية أسباير سوف نحقق المزيد منالنجاحات مع هؤالء الطلالب الموهوبينوغيرهم في هذه الرياضة الكالسيكيةالتي تتطلب الكثير من الجهد والتحليبالصبر.”‏3

A s p i r e Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rأبريل | 2013أسباير زون تعملبكامل طاقتهاالستقبال 30 ألف مشارك احتفاالً‏ باليوم الرياضيأثبتت مؤسسة أسباير زون جدارتها كوجهة مثالية ليس فقط للرياضة،‏ وإنما أيضاً‏ للترفيه العائلي في الدولة،‏ فقد توافد اآلالف منسكان قطر لمنطقة أسباير زون،‏ للمشاركة في األنشطة والفعاليات الرياضية والترفيهية المتنوعة،‏ والتي تقدمها المؤسسة لكل أفرادالمجتمع من جميع األعمار والمستويات الرياضية،‏ وذلك في إطار احتفاالتها بالنسخة الثانية لليوم الرياضي للدولة،‏ والذي صادف 12فبراير 2013.تشويق وإثارة في سباق المرحوقد كان من أول المشاركين في السباقالمتسم بالحيوية والمرح المهندس/‏ هاللالكواري،‏ رئيس مؤسسة أسباير زون،‏ وكذلكالسيد خليفة الكبيسي،‏ مدير إدارة األمنوالسالمة بأسباير لوجستيكس،‏ وقد استمتعجميع أفراد المجتمع بالسباق،‏ وذلك عنطريق المشي أو الهرولة أو الركض حولبعض من منشآت أسباير زون وحتى خطالنهاية خارج استاد خليفة الدولي.‏ وقد امتدالسباق لمسافة 4 كيلومترات،‏ بينما وصلعدد المشاركين عند خط البداية إلى أكثر من2000 فرداً.‏المئات يشاركون في رحلة للذكرىفي عامها الثاني على التوالي،‏ أتت الرحلةبهدف إتاحة الفرصة للجمهور للتعرف علىمنشآت ومرافق المؤسسة التي تمثل أحدثما وصل إليه فن العمارة للمنشآت الرياضية.‏وقد بدأت الرحلة من استاد خليفة الدوليومرت عبر قبة اسباير إلى أن انتهت بالمالعبالداخلية لكرة القدم بأسباير.‏ وتميزت الرحلةبوجود منافذ خاصة للتعريف بمبادرة ‏“صحتكفي خطوتك”‏ والتي سمحت للمشاركينبالتعرف على البرنامج الجديد الهادف لتبنيأسلوب حياة صحي.‏برامج أكاديمية أسبايروبجانب الفعاليات المفتوحة لمشاركةالجماهير،‏ فإن أكاديمية أسباير للتفوقالرياضي قامت بتنظيم عدد من األلعابوالبطوالت والمسابقات ألعضاء برامجاألكاديمية.‏ فأحد هذه البرامج اشتملعلى فعالية تم تنظيمها بواسطة مركزتنمية المهارات المتعددة،‏ وهدفتإلى تعليم األطفال أساسيات ممارسةاألنشطة الرياضية والحركية،‏ باإلضافة إلىمساهمات أسباير أكتيف ومركز تطويرمهارات كرة القدم.‏2

Z o n e n e w s l e t t e rأبريل | 2013سبيتار يختتم فعاليات مؤتمر ‏“التدريب في المناطق المرتفعة والفرقالرياضية”‏د.‏ ميشال دوخ رئيس اللجنة الطبية للفيفا يبدي انبهاره بسبيتارحظي مؤتمر ‏“التدريب في المرتفعات والفرق الرياضية”،‏ والذي أقيم في سبيتار يومي 24 و‎25‎ مارس،‏ بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراءوالعلماء المرموقين على مستوى العالم في مجال الرياضة،‏ بهدف دراسة طرق تحسين مستويات األداء الرياضي لالعبين في المناطقالمرتفعة،‏ وبما يعزز من مكانة الدوحة كوجهة رياضية مثالية،‏ وكعاصمة للرياضة في منطقة الشرق األوسط.‏وتقدم الدكتور ميشال دوخ،‏ عضو المكتب التنفيذي وئيس اللجنة الطبية للفيفا قائمة المشاركين،‏ حيث قدم عصارة خبرته وتجاربهالميدانية في مجال الطب والرياضة وعالم كرة القدم.‏وكان الدكتور ميشال دوخ،‏ رئيس اللجنة الطبية باالتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم ‏)الفيفا(،‏ قد خاطب أولى جلسات المؤتمر،‏ من خالل كلمتهاالفتتاحية في ورقة عمل بعنوان ‏“رؤية الفيفا الطبية فيما يختص ولعب كرة القدم في المناطق المرتفعة”.‏صرح الدكتور دوخ:‏ ‏“سبيتار يملك مجموعة رائعة من األطباء ، وباإلضافة إلى الخبرات التي يملكونها،‏ فهم يقومون بجهد جبارلمساعدة الرياضيين المصابين،‏ خصوصا العبي كرة القدم”.‏وأوضح رئيس اللجنة الطبية للفيفا بأن سبيتار يلعب دورا محوريا في عالج اإلصابات الخطيرة لالعبي كرة القدم،‏ ويعزز مكانة سبيتاركونه أحد ‏“مراكز التميز الطبي”‏ التابعة للفيفا منذ العام 2009، حيث صرح الدكتور دوخ بأن هذا االعتماد كفيل بالرجوع إلى المستشفىالقطري وقت الحاجة.‏وتُ‏ ضاف تصريحات الدكتور دوخ إلى سلسلة الشهادات القيمة التي تكرس المكاسب التي حققها كل موظفي سبيتار بفضل المجهوداتالكبيرة التي بذلت في السنوات القليلة الماضية.‏ومن المتوقع أن يكون لسبيتار دور فعال حين تستضيف قطر كأس العالم 2022، حيث قال الدكتور دوخ بأن الخبرات المتواجدة فيسبيتار مذهلة ومتنوعة لتشمل العديد من مجاالت الطب الرياضي،‏ بما سيكون له أثر طيب في كأس العالم 2022.وسبق لسبيتار أن عالجت العديد من العبي كرة القدم العالميين،‏ مثل األرجنتيني والعب باريس سان جيرمان خافيير باستوري،‏ ومدافعاألرسنال أبو ديابي والالعب البرازيلي فيرناندو مينيغازو،‏ والعماني علي عبد الله الحبسي حارس مرمى ويجان أثلتيك - الفريق الذييلعب في الدوري اإلنجليزي الممتاز.‏1
