and organization<br />
Vaduz, December 21, 2006 – The Board of Directors of <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> (<strong>Luxembourg</strong>) S.A. has<br />
decided to convert its subsidiary <strong>VP</strong>B F<strong>in</strong>ance S.A. from an asset <strong>management</strong> company<br />
<strong>in</strong>to a fund <strong>management</strong> company. Roma<strong>in</strong> Moebus will be tak<strong>in</strong>g charge of <strong>VP</strong>B F<strong>in</strong>ance<br />
S.A. on January 1, 2007 as Manag<strong>in</strong>g Director.<br />
Roma<strong>in</strong> Moebus has been Head of Fund Adm<strong>in</strong>istration at <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> (<strong>Luxembourg</strong>) S.A. s<strong>in</strong>ce 2004.<br />
Mr Moebus is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience of <strong>the</strong> fund sector. In his<br />
new position, Roma<strong>in</strong> Moebus is tak<strong>in</strong>g over <strong>management</strong> responsibility for <strong>the</strong> company, toge<strong>the</strong>r<br />
with <strong>the</strong> exist<strong>in</strong>g member of <strong>the</strong> Executive Board of <strong>VP</strong>B F<strong>in</strong>ance S.A., Jos Wautraets. His sphere of<br />
responsibility <strong>the</strong>refore covers <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>vestment fund bus<strong>in</strong>ess of <strong>the</strong> <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Group <strong>in</strong> <strong>Luxembourg</strong>.<br />
Pol Kenens, is to leave <strong>the</strong> Executive Board of <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> (<strong>Luxembourg</strong>) SA on January 1, 2007 and<br />
will <strong>in</strong> future be responsible for <strong>the</strong> private bank<strong>in</strong>g activity of <strong>the</strong> new <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Group unit <strong>in</strong> S<strong>in</strong>gapore.<br />
Yves de Vos, Chairman of <strong>the</strong> Executive Board of <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> (<strong>Luxembourg</strong>) S.A., will be <strong>in</strong> charge of<br />
<strong>the</strong> Private Clients unit <strong>in</strong> <strong>Luxembourg</strong> with effect from January 1, 2007.<br />
