Ifappropriate, the <strong>Court</strong> may determine that further appointments of the appointee should belimited or not made.The appointment procedure shall be reviewed by the <strong>Court</strong> periodically.SUP.R. 9SECURITY PLANLOC.R. 9.1SECURITY PLANThe entire Security Plan previously submitted to the Supreme <strong>Court</strong> of <strong>Ohio</strong>, or ashereafter amended, is to be maintained as confidential and not as a matter of public record.SUP.R. 11RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGSLOC.R. 11.1RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGSThe <strong>Court</strong> may make an audio recording of the proceedings as the record of the <strong>Court</strong>unless a stenographic record is requested. Parties who desire to have a stenographic record ofthe proceedings must arrange for a court reporter and advise the <strong>Court</strong> at least twenty-four (24)hours prior to the scheduled hearing. The requesting party shall pay the costs of the stenographicrecord unless otherwise ordered by the <strong>Court</strong>.With advance notice, the <strong>Court</strong> may allow the applicant to listen to a copy of an audioand/or electronic recording, unless the proceeding is otherwise closed to the public by applicablelaw or order. The <strong>Court</strong>’s recording may not be removed from the <strong>Court</strong>, unless otherwiseauthorized by the <strong>Court</strong>.Any interested person may request a transcription of an audio and/or electronic recordingto be prepared by a <strong>Court</strong> approved stenographer reporter. The person making the request shallpay for the cost of the transcription. The <strong>Court</strong> will provide a digital recording to the reporter10
