The Enneagram Institute 1AWTP Agreements and RequirementsAuthorized Workshop Training Program (AWTP)—An Overview of Agreements & RequirementsDefinition of the AWTPThis is a Training Program to prepare selected Certified Riso-Hudson students to teach four “AuthorizedRiso-Hudson Workshops,” namely, The Wisdom of the Enneagram Workshop, the EnneagramRelationships Workshop, The Journey of Growth (Levels) Workshop, and The Instinctual VariantsWorkshop. Each Authorized Workshop is to be presented and promoted (but not produced), under theauspices of The Enneagram Institute.Anyone who has completed a Part I Training is eligible to take an AWTP Training.Requirements to Become an EI Authorized Workshop TeacherThe AWTP can be completed at your own pace, although it includes the following requirements: Riso-Hudson Certification Attendance at the Master Class on Workshop Teaching Part I Attendance at the AWTP 5-day Training per Workshop(s) you are training to teach Type Essay completed (see separate document) Participation in Continuing Education as deemed necessary, which may include observation ofthe Workshop(s) you will be teaching being taught by Russ or other Faculty. Ongoing evaluation of your own Authorized Workshop teaching (by students of the AuthorizedWorkshop you teach) Signed Confidentiality and Financial Agreements received (originally sent with registration) Request for Authorization submitted (see AT Request for Authorization) See Next Steps HandoutBenefits of the AWTP Exclusive access to proprietary, highly detailed, confidential Workshop notes and outlines whichprovide specific teaching points for each EI Authorized Workshop Closer association with The Enneagram Institute and its worldwide reputation as leaders in thefield Authorized Workshop listings on the main Schedule page of our website, in our officialCyberGrams, and in any other relevant EI advertising Authorized Teacher listings by region on a separate page on our website Regular group conference coaching calls with Russ or other Faculty to answer any questions orconcerns about your teaching Access to Private Discussion Board reserved for AWTP members onlyCopyright 2015 The Enneagram InstituteAll Rights Reserved

Once you are Authorized, you are free to teach and produce the Authorized Workshops you havetrained for as frequently as you wish, in coordination with other Authorized Teachers in the samearea (see Home Areas document). You may set your own ticket prices (with a range set by the EI) as well as design and control thepresentation of the Authorized Workshop venue as you wish. You will pay a royalty per participant ticket price to the EI.Authorized Workshop Content You must sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect your sole use of the AWTP WorkshopDetailed Notes. (Sent with registration.) The Authorized Workshops are standardized workshops and must remain so. If there is a need to change or substitute new material or content, you must receive prior approvalfrom the EI. Alternative format, i.e., a series of evenings over a period of weeks is acceptable, but you mustcheck with the EI first.
