<strong>Course</strong> 500 Series: Relocation Assistance501 Residential Relocation Assistance: Based upon the requirements established by theUniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act <strong>of</strong> 1970 andsubsequent revisions, this intermediate, two-day course provides a comprehensive overview <strong>of</strong>the processes and procedures involved in providing relocation assistance to residentialoccupants.502 Business Relocation: This intermediate, two-day course explores how to apply provisions<strong>of</strong> the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act <strong>of</strong> 1970, inconjunction with the Surface Transportation and Relocation Assistance Act <strong>of</strong> 1987, andsubsequent revisions, to the relocation <strong>of</strong> non-residential entities.503 Mobile Home Relocation: This intermediate, one-day course emphasizes the criticalelements involved in relocating mobile homes and important considerations when categorizingmobile homes as real and/or personal property.504 Computing Replacement Housing Payments: Designed for participants with a thoroughknowledge <strong>of</strong>, and experience in, implementing the Uniform Act, this intermediate, two-daycourse focuses on the calculation <strong>of</strong> rental assistance payments, price differential payments,mortgage interest differential payments and incidental expenses payments in complicatedsituations.8
