Toys for Tots Drive
People’s Choice Home Loan is proud to
be partnering with the U.S. Marine Corps
Reserve in their annual Toys for Tots
Program.
Each year, Toys for Tots collects new,
unwrapped toys, distributing them to
needy children throughout the United
States as holiday gifts.
We invite you to celebrate the spirit of
the season by participating in this
wonderful program. Beginning December
1st, you can drop off a toy at a special
receptacle set up in the lobby of the
7515 building, next to the mailroom.
Hubs: You can go to www.toysfortots.
org to find a drop off location that’s
more convenient to you.

Check Your Paycheck Stub
Now to Avoid IRS Snafus and
Other Hassles Later
Please check the information on your
paycheck stub for accuracy. If you’ve
moved or changed your marital status in
2004, or you’d like to change your tax
status, let Human Resources/Payroll
know now, if you haven’t already.
To change your name due to a change in
your marital status: Submit an ECR
stating your prior name and your new
name, attaching a copy of your Social
Security card reflecting the new name. A
new W4 Form will also be required, see
W4 section below.
For a change of address: Provide Human
Resources/Payroll with an e-mail, fax or

Valerie Eaton of the Dallas office recently had a baby
boy. Blake Richard Eaton was born November 2nd,
weighing in at 7 lbs. 9 oz.

Also in the Dallas office, Deborah Dennis and Lynn
Mattingly are braving the Texas heat to train for the
Susan B. Komen 3-day, 6-mile Walk for Breast
Cancer to be held June 10 - 12, 2005. For more
