not deliver a W2 to a P.O. Box; so, if you
currently have a P.O. Box address on
your paycheck stub, please change it to
a regular residence address.
Checking your tax exemption: Review
your last paycheck stub to ensure that
the correct exemptions are what you
have requested. On your paycheck stub,
at the top left section, you will see the
Company's name and address; right
below that section, you should see your
Tax Settings.
Marital Status: Should be Married or
Single.
Federal taxes: If it states "Tax
Blocked," this means that you are
claiming "Exempt"
State taxes: If it states "Tax Blocked"
this means that you are claiming
"Exempt"
To change your Tax Settings: Download
a W4 form from the intranet; complete,
sign and turn it in to Human Resources/
Payroll ASAP!
