Natomiast dzięki unikatowejw skali kraju konstrukcji Klastra pod względemzasobów i umiejętności firm stowarzyszonychw inicjatywie, oferowana jest kompleksowa realizacjaspecjalistycznych zamówień z branży metalowej.Posiadane przez Klaster zasoby charakteryzująsię wysoką innowacyjnością technologiczną, którawpływa na użyteczność oferowanych produktówi usług. Do najbardziej zaawansowanych technologicznieproduktów należą m.in.:Laserowe wycinarki Eagle, w których zastosowanonajnowsze osiągnięcia techniki sprawiające, żewycinarki laserowe Eagle to jedne z najbardziej nowatorskichurządzeń dostępnych na rynku. Cechujeje wysoka wydajność i pełna automatyzacja. Dziękidostępności różnych zakresów mocy lasera, możliwościwzbogacania maszyny o szereg dodatkowychfunkcjonalności oraz zastosowania dalszej automatyzacjiprocesu cięcia, każdy z modeli dostosowanyjest do indywidualnych potrzeb klienta. Źródło lasera zostało zaprojekto-metal industry and complementary industry inthe country and abroad,• cooperation with public administration (governmentand self-government) units in the field ofcreating friendly legislation,• cooperation within the framework staff educationfor the needs of the metal industry,• initiating the emergence of new business entitiesin the industry, also through one’s own trade shareor the trade share of the Cluster members,• promotion and support of the development ofinnovativeness in the metal industry and supportof transfer and diffusion of innovations to the enterprisesector,• creating and promoting the centre of informationand innovation in the metal industry,• execution of joint projects supporting the developmentand management in the metal industryand complementary industry,• execution of joint marketing projects and creatinga positive image of the metal industry and thecompanies that make up for the Cluster,• drawing up and implementing joint projects aimingat the development and education of humanresources,• participation in export processes and developmentof the Cluster’s significance abroad. At this stage of development the METALIKA MetalCluster does not yet offer any joint product madeby the Cluster Members. However, thanks to the unique,on the national level, structure of the Cluster interms of resources and skills of the associated companies, complex execution of specialist orders fromthe metal industry is being offered. The resourcesowned by the Cluster are characterised by a hightechnological innovativeness which affects the usefulnessof the offered products and services. Themost technologically advanced products include:Eagle laser cutters, in which the latest engineeringachievements are applied, which makes the Eaglelaser cutters one of the most innovative machinesavailable on the market. They are characterised byhigh efficiency and full automation. Thanks to variouspower ranges of the laser, possibility of providingthe machine with a series of additional functionalitiesand the use of further automation of the cuttingprocess, each model is customised to the needs ofthe customer. The construction and properties ofthe Fiber laser source (carbon fibre) make it incomparablymore economical and effective in metal sheetprocessing than the source of the CO2 laser, popularrecently. The laser source was designed in sucha way so as to work without failure-free for 100 00033
