Audit methodology
The SAP QCI audit methodology
is based on the
proven QuantityWare BCP
10A Project Implementation
and Assessment
Guidelines.
Basic Package Contents
and Delivery
Kick-off meeting (remote
or if the customer wishes,
at a customer site)*
The SAP QCI Audit
requires completion of the
Audit questionnaire as a
first step after kick-off.
Data collections related
to Unit of Measurement
(UoM) data and SAP QCI
sample calculation data
based on SAP QCI Audit
templates must be carried
out by customer personnel.
A maximum of 70
UoM definitions and 30
QCI sample calculations
(with a maximum of 5
target quantity values for
each sample) has been
defined as the maximum
scope of a standard Audit
package.
No customer system access
is required for the SAP QCI
Audit base package.
QuantityWare analyses the
questionnaire and sample
data (manual expert calculations,
4 eye's principle,
supported by our internal
BCP 10A solution).
The SAP QCI audit report
presentation completes
the audit, which includes
delivery of the detailed
data sample analysis and
the official QuantityWare
SAP QCI Audit document.
Extension “Code Review”:
The SAP QCI Audit package
extension “Code
review” is recommended
if a customer has modified
the standard SAP QCI
(via BAdI Implementations
/ Enhancement spots /
classic code modifications).
System access to
the customer ERP system
is required for 1 day (8
Hours) to analyze the code
to an extent defined by
the customer at the time
of service purchase. The
results of the extension
analysis will be documented
in the SAP QCI audit
report.
Extension
“Report Verification”:
The SAP QCI Audit package
extension, “Audit
report verification” is recommended
if a customer
wants to internally verify
the audit report results by
using the QuantityWare
BCP 10A Petroleum Measurement
Cockpit (used
by QuantityWare as the
main data analysis support
tool). For a four-week test
period, BCP 10A can be
installed in a dedicated
test system. A one-day,
onsite BCP 10A quick
overview course is part
of this package.
Duration
If an optimal organization
of resources by both cus-
tomer and QuantityWare
is achieved, the planned
audit duration is 3 weeks
from kick-off, to the audit
report presentation. Only
if the necessary personnel
and time are committed
to by all parties before
audit start, can this timeplan
be guaranteed.

package extension
“code review”: 4.000 Euro

package extension “Audit

The "Base Package" Audit
is also offered in a "Full
package" with the "Code
Review" and "Audit Report
Verification" extensions
for a "flat-rate" price of

taxes)*
* Travel and accommodation
costs will be charged additionally
according to the current
QuantityWare travel rates and
conditions at the time or purchase,
if onsite presence is requested by
the customer.
