Alcohol spoils the stored vitamins ofthe body. Specifically vitamin B and C become its victims. Iftobacco is smoked along with drinking, its harms increase and aserious risk of high blood pressure, stroke and a heart attackprevails. A drunkard constantly suffers from tiredness, headaches,nausea and extreme thirst. Britain claims to bethe torchbearer of the civilised world. But the country’sMetropolitan Police Chief has said in one of his interviewsthat at night, the alcoholics drink excessively and become a greatnuisance to the police. In the current year, in London alone,police assaults have increased by 40%.30
