Engineer(P), C&SDivision, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), PO: RRCAT, Indore. 452013 MP on written request on any working day between 10.00 hrs. and 16.00 hrs. from 14-03-2013 to 01-04-2013 on production of (a) Registration in appropriate category (b) Validelectrical contractor license (c) bank solvency certificate. (d) List with evidence of similarworks in hand and completed in last seven years (e) performance certificate (f) list of plant andmachinery (g) list of staff they possess. (h) Income tax clearance certificate /latest IT return.After examining these documents, blank tender forms shall be issued only to the firm primafaciefound competent to carry out the tendered job. Sale of Tender/opening of Tender does notimply acceptance/ approval. Tender documents shall not be sent by post. -3-(ए) पछले तीन व वष (31 माच तक) का औसत वाषक टन ओवर अनुमािनत लागत के 40ितशत से कम न रहा हो तथा(बी) बक शोधनमता अनुमािनत लागत का 40 ितशत से कम न हो तथा यह िनवदा ितिथसे एक वष के भीतर जार कया गया हो।(सी) जहने पछले सात वष म, िनवदा आमंत करने के माह से पूव के माह क अंितम ितिथतक नीचे उलेखत काय को संतोषद ढंग से पूरा कया हो।कम से कम तीन समान काय को जनका मूय अनुमािनत लागत का 40 ितशत से कम नहो अथवादो समान काय को जनका मूय अनुमािनत लागत का 50 ितशत अथवाएक समान काय जसका मूय अनुमािनत लागत का 80 ितशत से कम न हो,तथा कसी भी के य/राय सरकार/के य वाय िनकाय/के य सावजिनक उपम मकसी भी तरह का ( या तो भाग (सी) म से अथवा उसके अलावा ) का एक काय पूरा कयाहो जसक लागत िनवदा मूय के 40 ितशत से कम न हो ।समान काय से आशय है क ऐसा काय जसम कयूटर संचार, दूरभाष एवं आंतरकवुतीकरण का काय कया गया हो ।3. Only such contractors shall be eligible for issue of tender documents who are meeting all thefollowing conditions:a. Average annual turnover for last three years ending 31 st March, is not less than 40% ofestimated cost of work,b. Bank Solvency for minimum 40% of the estimated cost, issued in last one year from thedate of NIT andc.
