Any damage to GETCO’s property, costly material, equipments etc. the cost willbe recovered from contractor. R.A.Bill.4) Place of delivery and Work : The materials will have to be supplied and orutilized at our 220 kv Lines under –KODINAR Division site under the control ofDivision Office –Kodinar.5) Terms of payment: 90 % payment will be made by this office for RA Bill and10 % will be release at time of final bill. No interest shall not be paidfor delay in payment of RA bill as well as final bill.6) Taxes Levies and Duties :Rates quoted would be inclusive of all taxes, servicetax and duties etc. as applicable. Nothing will be paid extra work contact tax /vat/excise duties etc to be born by contactor. 9) Safety /Accident / Injury: - Contractor have to work as per safety norms andall safety tools and equipments will be manage by Contractor, without safeworking method at any time work will be stopped by GETCO and for such caseduration will considered in time limit , GETCO will not responsible for any accident/injuries to the persons working for said work , The contractor shall keep theGETCO indemnified thereof. Contractor have to manage for insurance policy forWorkers / and any person engaged by the Contractor.10) Sub Contract:- Contactor shall not execute any work or part of work throughsub contract for said work. No part of the contract nor any share of interest therein shall in any Manner of decree be transferred / assigned or sub-let by thecontract Directly or indirectly to any person / firm or corporation whatsoever.11) The GETCO reserves the right of retrenching and dismissing any Personemployed for the work by contractor if there is complaint against hisMisbehaviors, misconduct or disloyally towards job or instruction by EIC.12) Terms and conditions regarding industrial laws / Labor laws and other statutoryMatters must be complied by the contractor in all respect if applicable in any caseor contract.13.) Subjected to KODINAR jurisdiction only.Terms and condition regards industrial law and related matters to beincorporated in the tender documents.The contractor shall pay fixed under the minimum wages act inexistence the wages of every contract labor employed by him under thiscontract shall be paid by him before the expiry of 7 days of the last day ofthe month in respect of which the wages are payable i.e. wages of a monthhave to be paid by him before the first week of the next month. The paymentshall be disbursed in the presence of management representative during thework hours in factory premises and the contractor shall get the entriescertified in the register of wages by the representative of the GETCO (ERLIERGEB). Any default will result in cancellations of the contract forth with or elsethe contractor shall be punishable to the extent of Rs. 100 fine per each day.1. Labors Laws.A. Person below the age of 18 years shall not be employed for the work.B.
