The Terms and Conditionsonly apply to events whereBEGO Implant Systems isthe organiser. In the case ofcourse and event offers of ourpartners the General Termsand Conditions of the partnercompanies = organisers apply.3. You always receive an enrolmentconfirmation by post,fax or e-mail.4. Enrolments are considered inthe order they are received.5. The attendance fees are payableafter receipt of the invoice.Should a payment not beeffected on time, we reservethe right to award the courseplace to other interested parties.In this case notificationwill be given that the courseplace has been awarded elsewhere.6. All course fees are exclusiveof the statutory value addedtax and are not discountable.7. Enrolled attendees may canceltheir enrolment without givingreasons up to 8 weeks prior tocommencement of the coursewithout incurring any costs.Thereafter we shall chargecancellation costs amountingto 50% of the course fee.In the case of a cancellationup to 4 weeks prior to commencementof the course weshall charge 75% of the coursefee. Cancellation must beeffected in writing. After thisdate, as well as in the caseof non-attendance or cancellationof attendance, the fullcourse fee is payable. Thisalso applies if failure to attendis due to force majeure.If a replacement attendee isregistered, no additional chargeswill be incurred. Even ifthe course place is transferred,independent written enrolmentby the replacementattendee is required.8. If a course is advertised witha minimum number of attendeesand this is not achieved,BEGO Implant Systems reservesthe right to cancel thecourse. The same applies ifthe course instructor(s) drops/drop out. Attendees are notentitled to claim compensation.BEGO Implant SystemsGmbH & CO. KG reserves theright to make changes (e.g.,cancellation or switching ofcourse instructors, changes tothe course programme, datechanges).
