Kaldewei has continually created productmilestones and revolutionized the market. In 1934 we introduced the first freestanding bath in Germany. In 1957 the firstseamless baths made from a single sheet of steel were launched. With this technology Kaldewei replaced the cast iron baths, whichwere common then and became market leader in Germany. In 1989 Kaldewei introduced TURBO WHIRL, the first pipe-free whirlsystem.In 2009 CONOFLAT celebrated a premiere as the world’s first absolutely floor-level shower tray with an enamelledwaste cover. The company was named “Brand of the Century” in Germany in 2010, honouring almost a century of pioneeringachievements.
