The creation <strong>of</strong> the vision and mission was from input received from staff, managers anddirectors. This provides a clear understanding <strong>of</strong> what the organisation’s overall goal is andhow each individual can contribute to achieving that vision. The majority <strong>of</strong> actions contained in the LCS 2000 have been implementedwith the remaining actions no longer relevant.31
