Model PS14-5900-45 provides 14 dBi gain with a 45 degreesector. This model is also an excellent choice for point to point,being only a fraction of the size of a parabolic.Model PS12-5900-60 provides 12 dBi gain and a 60 degree sector.Model PS11-5900-90 provides 11 dBi gain, and a corresponding 90degree sector.Model PS10-5900-120 provides gain of 10 dBi, yet allows a generous120 degree sector. Longer lead times may apply to some.RG-174 (8216) is a very small (approx. 0.1”/2.5 mm) flexiblecable best suited for mobile/portable applications up to 1900 MHz. Itcan be used in short runs up to 2.7 GHz. For miniature sized connectorsit has the widest options available.LMR-100A is the low loss alternative for RG-174. It has the samesize diameter (0.1 inch or 2.5 mm) and can be used with the samerange of connectors. The cable is well shielded but is still flexible andeasy to handle.RG-58 (8240) is the work horse cable and is suitable for applicationsup to 2.7 GHz. It is best suited for cable runs under approximately20ft (6 meters).RF-195 (7806R) is the same size cable as RG-58, and uses thesame size connectors, with the added feature of lower cable losses.RF-195 would be suitable for cable runs over 15 ft (4.5 meters) or inhigh frequency applications up to 6 GHz. This is our standard cablefor applications above 2.5 GHz.LMR-195FR is a non-halogen (non-toxic), low smoke, fire retardantcable. It has the same diameter as RF-195, can be fitted with the samevariety of connectors, and has the same cable loss.LMR-240 is a lower loss cable than RF-195 and best suited forlonger cable runs from 20 ft - 50 ft (6 meters - 15 meters) as well asfor higher frequency applications up to 6 GHz or more.LMR-400 is suitable for long runs & higher frequency applications.Approximately 0.405” diameter (10 mm), it might be too large forsome mobile installs, but is perfect for every base station transmitteror access point. The ground planedisc is available in several hole sizes.Crimp Tools & Cable StrippersFor attaching or replacing your own cable connectors, a ratchet crimptool is offered. The standard crimp tool accepts various hex dies. Thedies needed depend on the type/size of cable you are using. We offerthe dies for our most popular cable types. A quick spinning cablestripper is an almost effortless way to properly prepare cable forcrimping a connector. They are designed to prep cable more preciselythan using a hand strip tool.Cable/Connector SealingIf you are using a product outdoors, it is always a good idea to useone of the mastic kits designed to seal up connector/cable junctions.Even if the connector is used in a seemingly protected environment,condensation can cause moisture to buildup in connectors.
