Call to Order and Announcements• The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. A quorum was declared.2. Adoption of Agenda• Motion: The agenda is adopted as amended. Moved Kevin Dorrius, Seconded: BillVipond.3. New Business• Motion: To approve the constitution as presented subject to review by legal counsel.Moved: Tim Saunders, Seconded Kevin Dorrius.• Motion: To approve the 2010-2011 budget as tabled. Moved: Bill Vipond, Seconded:Sandra Thompson. Carried.• The motion to approve the 2020 Fund Policy was struck from the agenda and will besent back to the committee for further review.• Motion: That Squash BC fees will become effective April 1, 2010 as follows:Moved: Sandra Thompson, Seconded: Bill Vipond. Carried. Let the record show thatthe vote was not unanimous.Bulk adult fees $40.00 HST includedAdult fees $45.92 HST includedClub fees$180.00 per court up to 4 courts, $60 eachadditional court.
