How To Book OnlineSTEP 1Please go to our website www.coxankings.com and click on ‘DuniyaDekho’ to choose you holiday.STEP 2Read the itineraries, Inclusions, Exculsions, How to book rules,Terms and Conditions, Promotion Offer (if any), the prices, visas,taxes, optionals, Webpages and User Agreement carefully beforeaccepting them online.STEP 3Pay a reservation amount of Rs. 3000 per person ONLINE througha debit or a credit card / Net Banking. You may if you wish pay thefull amount in one go.STEP 4Print out the Booking Forms / Terms and Conditions forms whichyou must physically sign the forms and available online.STEP 5If you have only paid the token amount then you must pay (i) theinterest free non- refundablable booking amount of Rs. 20,000 and(ii) the documentation amount which will vary as per the destinationwithin 10 days from the date of your booking by credit card / debitcard / cheque / demand draft / net banking. You will also have tosubmit your visa and other documents.STEP 6You have a choice on our wesite to courier the following documentswithin 10 days to the courier address listed or you can select on ourwebsite, any of the nearest <strong>Cox</strong> and <strong>Kings</strong> Offices or franchisees,listed therein and submit the following documents to the outlet:a. Physically signed booking form by the travelerb. Physically signed Terms and Conditions form by the travellerc. Cheque / <strong>DD</strong> in the name of <strong>Cox</strong> and <strong>Kings</strong> Ltd.d. Your visa documentationPlease note that you will also be required to provide documentationsunder the new Reserve Bank of India KYC guidelines.STEP 7The full and final balance can be paid online or offline by debit /credit card / net banking / cheque / dd / cash 45 days priorto your departure date. You have to submit the payments at thesame outlet where you did you previous payments.
