Definition<br />

Tattoo inks means all <strong>tattoo</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>permanent</strong> <strong>makeup</strong> <strong>substances</strong>. Permanent <strong>makeup</strong><br />

substance means a substance injected into human skin <strong>for</strong> the purposes of enhancing<br />

the contours of the face, or <strong>for</strong> masking a spot or blemish on any part of the body to restore<br />

the skin’s natural appearance. Tattoo substance means any substance or preparation<br />

intended to be injected into the human skin to impart a skin marking or design.<br />
