This functional Carrel is available in three widths (24”, 36” and 48”). The<br />
work surface height is adjustable and can be set to 28”H and serve as a<br />
desk/workstation or to 36”H and serve as a kiosk for patron usage. The<br />
durable work surface can easily support a computer and offers cutouts<br />
to accommodate computer wiring. The study carrels are made from<br />
1-1/4” thick end panels and work surface with high pressure laminate.<br />
For added protection the top and end panels are surrounded by a 3/8”<br />
thick bumper edge stapled in place every eight inches. The backsides of<br />

2” grommets on both the left and right side of the top. The removable<br />
tabletop slotted storage unit is made from 3/4” plywood with 1/4”<br />

Circulation Desk<br />
Each piece can be used as a stand-alone unit<br />
or connected to form a full circulation area<br />
Economical, modular design allows for expansion as your needs<br />
change. Constructed of 1” thick thermally-fused melamine laminate<br />
panels. Extra-thick, bull nose, 3mm PVC plastic edge-banding trims<br />
each piece to protect edges from bumps. For sit-down applications<br />
choose 29”H work surface, choose 32”H units for elementary standing<br />
height or 39”H unit for adult standing comfort. Desks include 7”D<br />
under-the-surface storage shelf. 36”W and 60”W desks include a 3”D<br />
wire-management trough. Black slatwall panels fit onto front of corner<br />
units to hold notices, new arrivals and other displays. For Slatwall accessories,<br />
see pages 318-321. All components ship ready to assemble.<br />
One year warranty. Please specify laminate colour: Light Oak (-LO),<br />
Medium Oak (-MO), Oiled Cherry (-CHY) or Grey (-GRY).<br />
