The recent French American-‐Foundation's (FAF) Fall Gala held on Wednesday, October 27th at the Waldorf Astoria Starlight Roof, honored former US Ambassador to France Felix and Elizabeth Rohatyn. Additionally, Board Member Michael Patterson was honored with the Vergennes Achievement Award the same evening. The fall gala attended by FAF members, dignitaries, and the like began with cocktails, hors d' oeuvres, and conversation. Supporters of the evening considered silent auction items that ranged from a drive in a Renault Megane Coupe Convertible-‐-‐3 wk. lease(valued at $2,500.) to 4 Bottles of Exceptional Vintages (2) Cateay Talbot 1982 (2) Haut Beycheville Gloria 1982. The FAF's mission is to strengthen the French-‐American relationship. Through its programs, the foundation provides leaders with a platform to share knowledge and best practices and build on mutual strengths to face global challenges.
