In1989 he received the Certificate inOperative Dentistry and Master ofScience degree from the Universityof Iowa, USA. After returning toBrazil, he settled in Curitiba, wherehe maintains a private practiceemphasising aesthetic dentistry.He is a member of the AmericanAcademy of Aesthetic Dentistry(AAED), and founding memberand past-president of the BrazilianSociety of Aesthetic Dentistry(BSAD).
